Initial Application

To get started on our assessment of your development, simply pay the initial upfront fee of $198 and send us your architectural or building designer plans which clearly describe the extent of the development and the property address.

Once payment is confirmed and we’ve received your plans our engineers will review them and begin the assessment.  In most cases, the architectural or building designer plans is all we need however, in some cases, a survey which confirms the existing or proposed floor level of the development will be required.  Our engineer will let you know after we have reviewed the plans of your development. 

All information is good information however and can be used to assist with our assessment. Therefore, if you have any of the following additional information, please also send it through:

• A site survey.
• A council issued flood information certificate.
• Section 10.7 planning certificate.
• A few photographs of the site.
• Any previous flood certificates or flood studies obtained for the site.
